How do I book a ride?

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking your limousine service as early as possible, especially during peak seasons like prom, weddings, and holidays. For ski season weekends and holidays, it's recommended to book 7-14 days in advance.
What is included in the price?
Professional chauffeur, one 15-minute stop, flight tracking, luggage assistance, and all taxes. Gratuity and optional add-ons (car seats) are extra.
If the flight arrives early or late, how will the driver know?
We track flights automatically and adjust pickup times at no additional charge. For pre-departure delays or cancellations, just call (303) 963-0277 to reschedule.
Where do I meet my driver at Denver International Airport (DIA)?
Your driver will meet you on level 5 (baggage claim level & commercial vehicle level) outside the terminal. Your driver will be at the vehicle with a sign that has your name on it. If for some reason you do not see your driver, please call us right away (303) 963-0277 and we will assist you immediately. As a general rule, if you are in the West Terminal, exit through doors 512 or 510. For the East Terminal, use doors 505 or 507.
How many passengers and luggage will fit in a Luxury SUV?
The luxury SUVs can fit up to 6 passengers and 6 pieces of luggage, give or take depending on the size of the luggage.
What is your cancellation policy?
You must cancel 48+ hours before pickup for full refund minus credit card fees. Within 48 hours is non-refundable. Call (303) 963-0277 to cancel.
What information is required to make a reservation?
All reservations require passenger and luggage count, as well as the pickup and drop-off location. We will also need your flight number if traveling to/from Denver International Airport. Also, a deposit is required when booking.
Can I make changes to my reservation?
Yes, you can make changes to your reservation, subject to availability. We recommend getting in contact with us as soon as possible to accommodate your change.
What areas do you serve?
Up and down the Colorado Front Range (from Northern Colorado all the way down to Southern Colorado), most major airports (DIA, Colorado Springs, Centennial Airport, Rocky Mountain Airport, Eagle County Airport, Aspen/Pitkin County Airport), and all major Colorado ski resorts. Are pets allowed inside vehicles?
Yes, small pets contained in a carrier or carried on the owner's lap are allowed at no additional charge. The customer is responsible to keep the pet calm. For any damages caused from the pet, the customer will be penalized with a certain amount after an inspection has been made.
Is there a minimum amount of time I must pay for hourly services?
A 3 hour minimum is required for hourly services.
Can we stop to run errands, shop, eat?
We provide a complimentary 15-minute stop for all our passengers with trips that are $300 or more. Additional time will be $30 for every 15 minutes. Depending on the schedule and availability, the driver may not be able to stop for more than 15-minutes. It's recommended to reserve your extra time in advance.
Should I tip my chauffeur?
Yes, if the client is pleased with the service they received. The industry standard gratuity for a chauffeur is 20%. However, whether a gratuity of any amount given is up to the client.
What happens if I forget an item/belonging?
We do what we can to recover your item(s), but we are not liable for any lost/damaged items left behind. Please call us and we can arrange a pickup or drop-off.
Are child car seats available?
Yes, the cost is $10 per seat. Request when booking and specify each child’s age and weight. You can also bring your own car seats.
Is smoking allowed?
No smoking allowed in any of our vehicles.
Are the High Country vehicles insured?
All of our vehicles carry commercial insurance, which is required by state of Colorado. We are also fully registered with the PUC.
Is my child allowed to travel alone?
We can not provide services to minors under the age of 18. The driver reserves the right to ask for an ID.
