Agreement to terms
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and High Country Transportation Services LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the https://highcountrytranssvcs.com website as well as any other media form or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing the site, you agree you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use.
Damages
Guests take full responsibility for any damages that they’ve caused. The damages include, but are not limited to, physical damage and any extra cleaning resulting from the use of the vehicle by the guests. Fees will be determined based on actual repair costs and the time associated with repairing and cleaning the vehicle. High Country Transportation Services is not responsible for personal belongings or items left in the vehicle. If lost items are found, the company will try to return the item(s) promptly at the owner’s expense. Returning lost items may include, but is not limited to, extra time added to reservations or shipping and packaging costs. Vehicles cannot be loaded in excess of their capacity. Clients will be responsible for any penalties incurred as a result of non-compliance with these policies. For example, suppose a client makes a reservation for a vehicle that does not fit all of the passengers or luggage due to its size. In that situation, we will consider it the client’s mistake and responsibility, and the cost of the reservation will be charged in full.
A driver has the right to stop the vehicle for any negligence. If there is negligence, no refunds will be made, and the booking will be invoiced in full.
Delayed and Missed/Canceled Flights
In the case of missed flights or delays, it’s the guest’s responsibility to notify High Country Transportation Services by calling customer service at (303) 963-0277 to reschedule the reserved pick-up. If a flight is delayed after take-off, we will track the arrival time, and do our best to accommodate with no additional charges being applied.
If your flight is canceled for any reason, you should notify us 24 hours in advance to reschedule your pick-up from the mountain area and 24 hours in advance of pick-up from the Denver area. For example, if you’re being picked up from the Denver International Airport, you are expected to give us 24 hours in advance. Similarly, if you’re traveling from a ski resort to Denver International Airport and your flight is canceled, you are expected to provide us with 24 hours in advance. If you change your reservation time by less than the time mentioned above, your current reservation will be considered a late cancellation and will be charged 100% plus all applicable fees. Please make sure you provide us all the correct flight, contact, and reservation information. We are not responsible if the arrival/departure information is incorrect or not provided to us. We only track the flight numbers that have been provided at the time of reservation.

If contact is not made after the courtesy timeout has expired or guests leave the pick-up location without notifying us, the booking will be treated as a no-show and 100% of the booking fee will be charged plus all applicable charges.
If the waiting time exceeds the limits, High Country Transportation Services has the right to charge an additional fee for every 15 minutes spent waiting at the airport.
If the guest fails to let us know about any delays, the company has the right to withdraw the vehicle. The trip will be considered complete, and we will charge 100% of the payment for the reservation.
